In the event that a refund is approved (e.g., duplicate payment or cancellation within the 2-hour window), the amount will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or UPI) via the Razorpay gateway within 5 to 7 working days.
The "Digital Second Opinion" report is typically delivered within 24-48 hours of successful payment and document upload. If there is a delay beyond 72 hours due to technical issues, the patient may request a full refund.
